Whitaker Estate: the wine of the Phoenicians travels by sea

Whitaker Estate: the wine of the Phoenicians travels by sea

Immersed in an archeological park, Mozia is an open-air museum. The only way to reach it from the mainland is by boat. Grapes too must cross a narrow strip of lagoon. In two days, 3 hectares were harvested for a total of 153 quintals. The vines produced some fruit after the rabbit invasion that compromised the entire vineyard. The harvest was later than last year, but still of excellent quality.
