Regaleali offers the chance to experience a baglio, a farm villa which has been active since the late 19th century. This is not a hotel as such, but the very hub of the estate's day-to-day business: life here today is very like it was over a century ago… with the addition of all the necessary modern comforts and conveniences.
We are always on hand to provide tours and tastings in our Regaleali winery. But this immersion in local specialities doesn't stop here. Sacha also shows guests around our vegetable garden to sample the flavours and perfumes; he introduces them to the secrets of local artisanal cheese production, including our famous ricotta; and he unveils the cultural heritage of our local town, Valledollmo, deep in Sicily's agricultural heartland.
